1. In stock jewelry items shipping
When the product is shown as "in stock" on the webpage, it means that the item is ready to go. We will ship it within 48 hours (working days).
We use DHL express delivery services, and typically, it takes 2-4 working days for the jewelry to reach you. You can track your order anytime via email or by logging into your account on our website.
Please note that if there are specific holidays, we may delay the shipment, or if there are local holidays, natural disasters, parades, strikes, transportation difficulties, etc., in your area, the delivery may be delayed.

2. Pre-order jewelry items shipping
When the product page indicates "pre-order," it means that the jewelry is not currently in stock and you will need to wait for a certain period of time to receive it. Jewelry that requires pre-ordering is typically customized, or it may be a new item available for pre-sale, or temporarily out of stock.
Once you place an order for a pre-order item, it will enter the production process, and typically takes 25-30 business days to be delivered to you. However, certain special jewelry items, such as high-end or intricately crafted pieces, may require more time.

All shipments from Zaiyou Jewelry are carried out through DHL express services. Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 2-4 days.
However, there may be delays due to various circumstances. Please feel free to track your order on the "track my order" page to stay updated on the progress of your shipment.
About Return
· Return policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the purchased products. Please follow these three steps for the return process:
1. Contact our customer service and provide a description of the reason for the return. Please ensure that all packaging, labels, and any gifts received with the jewelry are intact.
Due to the value of the jewelry, please take photos of the jewelry to confirm that there are no signs of use or damage. Once these are confirmed, we will provide you with the return address.
2. After we will provide you with the return address. Please arrange for a pick-up by DHL, and insure the whole value of the product (please note that we only accept returns via this courier, and we are not responsible for any risks associated with other couriers or without whole-value insurance).
Before returning the jewelry, please ensure that it is properly packaged. Place the jewelry in a secure box with air cushions for added protection, and seal the box with tape.
All additional products included with the jewelry should also be returned. If the gifts included with the jewelry are not returned, we will deduct a portion of the gift value from the refund.
3. Upload or email us your return tracking number so that we can track the return shipment. Once we receive the items, our quality inspection team will examine them, and then proceed with the refund or any further negotiations. The refund process will be completed within 7-15 business days after we receive the items (please note that processing may be delayed during statutory holidays).

Please note that not all jewelry can be returned. Zaiyou Jewelry's return policy only applies to regular styles that are available in our inventory.
The following types of jewelry cannot be returned:
1. Customized jewelry:
This includes jewelry that is tailored to your specific size, altered in appearance, or personalized with a specific stone or other customized services based on your preferences.
2. Jewelry with special requests or non-standard styles:
For example, if a jewelry piece is normally offered in 18K white gold but a customer requests it in 18K yellow gold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Jewelry with special engravings:
If you request a special engraving on the jewelry, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. All high-end jewelry cannot be returned:
For example, if a jewelry piece is normally offered in 18K white gold but a customer requests it in 18K yellow gold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the label on the jewelry has been removed by you, or if the jewelry you want to return has been worn with noticeable scratches or signs of use, or if you have discarded all the packaging and accompanying gifts that came with the jewelry, we will not proceed with your return request.
- Returns are not accepted for regular styles if the item has been in your possession for more than 30 days after delivery.
- If you use a courier company other than DHL to return the item, please ensure its security by insuring the whole value of the product. If you choose an unsafe method to return the package, resulting in package loss or other issues, unfortunately, we will not provide a refund.
- If you are unsure about whether the purchased item is eligible for returns, please carefully read the shipping and return policy on each product detail page. Each product has a different return policy. Please place your order only after fully understanding the policy.
About After-sales Service
All jewelry produced by Zaiyou Jewelry undergoes rigorous quality inspections before shipment, and we promise not to send out any products that have not passed our quality standards.
In addition to minor flaws, there is a possibility of jewelry damage due to various circumstances while you are wearing it. Zaiyou Jewelry provides you with a lifetime warranty service, but the pricing and shipping costs vary for different jewelry items. Please follow the following policy for all repairs, or you can directly contact our customer service with your order screenshot and specific repair requirements. We will respond to your email within 3 business days.
Different priced products have different after-sales policies.
$2000 USD or less:
If you damage your jewelry while wearing it, minor damages within one year will be repaired free of charge, but shipping fees will not be covered. If the damage is severe, a certain fee will be charged. For jewelry that is over one year old and requires repairs, corresponding fees will be applicable. For specific cases, please contact service@zaiyoujewelry.com, and we will assess the pricing based on the extent of your damage.
$2001 to $5000 USD:
If you damage your jewelry while wearing it, minor damages within two year will be repaired free of charge, but shipping fees will not be covered. If the damage is severe, a certain fee will be charged. For jewelry that is over one year old and requires repairs, corresponding fees will be applicable. For specific cases, please contact service@zaiyoujewelry.com, and we will assess the pricing based on the extent of your damage.
$5001 to $20000 USD:
If you damage your jewelry while wearing it, minor damages within three year will be repaired free of charge, shipping fees are free. If the damage is severe, a certain fee will be charged. For jewelry that is over one year old and requires repairs, corresponding fees will be applicable. For specific cases, please contact service@zaiyoujewelry.com, and we will assess the pricing based on the extent of your damage.
$20,001 USD or above:
Products priced above $20,000 will enjoy Zaiyou Jewelry's lifetime warranty service for VVIP members, including free repairs and shipping for every piece you purchased from Zaiyou. Please note that all free repairs do not cover the extreme circumstances listed below.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty and will incur corresponding repair fees:
1. Jewelry that is completely damaged, deformed, or incomplete. In such cases, the jewelry will be considered as scrap. If it is a gold product, you can choose to melt the gold and remove the gemstones to create new jewelry.
2. Lost gemstones in the jewelry, whether they are small diamonds, main diamonds, or other types of gemstones. If a gemstone is lost, we will charge the corresponding fee. Free repairs do not include free replacement of gemstones.
3. Although the gemstones in the jewelry are not lost, they have suffered severe damage, such as gemstone fractures, discoloration, scratches, corrosion, or decreased luster. These are irreparable situations and unfortunately, Zaiyou Jewelry cannot provide free gemstone replacement services. You will need to pay for the replacement of gemstones.
4. Some complex craftsmanship, such as enamel, Wire drawing process, and carving technology. Repairing these may involve redoing the entire piece and is not covered by the warranty.
5. Modifying the size of the product, such as resizing a ring(The allowable adjustment for ring sizing should not exceed ±3 ring sizes) or adjusting the length of a necklace or bracelet, will incur certain fees.
